Sunil Mittal, Chairman of Bharti Airtel, has cleared the speculations over recently ended 3G auctions and the prices. The company has itself bagged 13 circles, including Delhi and Mumbai, in the 3G spectrum bidding process. Airtel ended up paying Rs 12,295.46 crore for 3G auctions in India, and now they are trying to regain their money from consumers. The mobile phones users in metro cities were expecting some cheap 3G plans for the service, but this is not going to happen anytime soon.<br />
