EchoStar and Satmex Cancel Deal

EchoStar Satellite Services, L.L.C. and MVS Comunicaciones have withdrawn the proposed acquisition of Satelites Mexicanos S.A. de C. V. (Satmex), a provider of satellite services, after the Satmex’s bondholders objected to the deal.
