VocalTec Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq: VOCL), the inventor of VOIP including the softphone, and YMAX Corp., the creator of magicJack and other products and services have successfully merged and will be traded on the Nasdaq under the symbol (NasdaqGM (Global Markets): CALL).
